Grace Ann Gannon is an associate with Gardner Haas PLLC and focuses her practice on general commercial litigation. With a background in financial services litigation, Grace Ann has represented banks, lenders and servicers in actions arising under federal consumer lending laws, including the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, Truth in Lending Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and their state law counterparts. She has also defended clients against various contract and tort-related claims, and has considerable experience in pretrial practice in state and federal court.
Grace Ann earned her J.D. from Boston College Law School in 2014. While in law school, she served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Richard G. Stearns of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Grace Ann obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in communication studies from the University of Texas at Austin, where she graduated with highest honors. She is a Texas Exes Life Member and an alumna of Chi Omega fraternity.
