Kerry A. Rigas
Kerry A. Rigas brings a strong litigation background to Gardner Haas PLLC. Formerly with the national law firm Bickel & Brewer, Kerry has represented clients on matters involving shareholder derivative litigation, securities fraud, white-collar defense, antitrust, breach of contract, fraud, and insurance litigation. Kerry also has extensive experience in eDiscovery and understands the importance of efficient and cost-effective solutions tailored to her client’s discovery needs.
Kerry earned her juris doctor degree from Fordham University School of Law, where she was a member of the Moot Court Program, an associate editor of the Fordham Environmental Law Review and a senator of the Student Bar Association. Upon graduation, Kerry was the first woman to be awarded the Phillip R. Fusco Memorial Award.
