Jeremy Wilson

Jeremy Wilson is an accomplished trial attorney with over seventeen years’ experience managing and trying complex litigation matters across the country.
Jeremy is admitted to practice in state courts in Texas, Florida and Arkansas. In addition to his extensive experience in trial and appellate matters in Texas state and federal courts, Jeremy has managed lawsuits in federal courts in Arkansas, California, Florida, Missouri, Louisiana, Kentucky, Ohio, Oregon, Minnesota, Washington, and West Virginia. Jeremy has also handled appellate matters before the Second, Fifth, Ninth and Eleventh Circuit Courts of Appeals.
Jeremy attended the University of Arkansas where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. Jeremy earned his Juris Doctor at the University of Arkansas, William H. Bowan School of Law in Little Rock where he graduated magna cum laude and ranked first in his class. During law school, Jeremy received numerous awards and honors, held positions as Research Editor and Associate Executive Editor of his school’s law review, and received West’s Outstanding Academic Achievement Award for three straight years.
Upon graduation from law school, Jeremy accepted a two-year clerkship with the Honorable S. Arthur Spiegel, United States District Court Judge for the Southern District of Ohio. This position would serve as an extension of Jeremy’s legal education, providing a strong emphasis in courtroom procedures and allowing Jeremy to study the trial techniques of numerous, highly regarded trial attorneys.
During his career, Jeremy has served as lead trial counsel in dozens of jury trials and arbitrations proceeding involving a broad array of industries and legal issues. Jeremy has also litigated and favorably resolved hundreds of other litigation matters.
