Grace Ann Gannon focuses her practice on general commercial litigation.

Grace Ann Gannon is an associate with Gardner Haas PLLC and focuses her practice on general commercial litigation. Her litigation experience spans a wide range of legal issues, including complex commercial disputes, trade secret and unfair competition litigation, fraud and breach of contract claims, and shareholder and partnership disputes. Prior to joining Gardner Haas, Grace Ann represented clients in the financial services industry, defending banks, lenders, and servicers in actions arising under federal consumer lending laws and their state law counterparts. She has considerable experience representing businesses and individuals in trial and appellate matters in state and federal courts.

Grace Ann earned her J.D. from Boston College Law School in 2014. While in law school, she served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Richard G. Stearns of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Grace Ann obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in communication studies from the University of Texas at Austin, where she graduated with highest honors. She is a Texas Exes Life Member and an alumna of Chi Omega fraternity.
